About Alpesh

Through his book, Alpesh focuses on creating comprehensive and DEEPLY self-aware leaders at every level, from line staff to CEO, helping them to better understand the role that self-awareness, resilience, and self-leadership planning play in the modern workplace.

Alpesh possesses more than 20 years of experience in corporate and management consulting by holding positions with Big 4 firms (Accenture, Ernst & Young, and Deloitte), Panasonic, and as an independent practitioner. Alpesh’s career has been marked by advising and assisting organizations in becoming highly customer-driven companies by aligning the client firm’s leadership, organizational culture, business-process, and technology disciplines.

In addition, he was highly instrumental in large-scale business transformations that enabled him to witness leadership skills and organizational culture transformations firsthand. Alpesh’s work with a diverse range of companies, projects and people allowed him opportunities to serve and observe various leaders in action at all levels.

Alpesh holds an M.S. in Organizational Dynamics/Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Who We Are

First Lead Self is the architect and originator of Identity‑Based Leadership Infrastructure (IBLI) — a new category in leadership formation that establishes the identity architecture beneath all leadership development, culture work, and organizational transformation.

Grounded in Alpesh Fadia’s published work The 5 Behaviors of Effective Personal Leadership, IBLI provides institutions with the missing foundational layer that stabilizes how leaders think, decide, and act under pressure.

Rather than offering another course or workshop, First Lead Self builds infrastructure — a structured identity‑development system operationalized through the 5 Behaviors and delivered through a 14‑module digital self‑leadership platform. This infrastructure becomes the base upon which competencies, skills, and leadership programs can finally take root and scale with consistency.

By installing this identity layer, ministries, universities, and global organizations gain a durable, repeatable, and institution‑wide foundation for leadership reliability, behavioral alignment, and mission‑anchored decision‑making.
